The Blackstone Original 36" Omnivore Propane BBQ provides a spacious 768 sq. in. flat-top cooking surface for everything from breakfast and smash burgers to steaks, vegetables and large family meals.
Four independently controlled burners deliver a total of 38,000 BTU, allowing you to create separate heat zones across the cooking surface. The Omnivore Griddle Plate is designed for more even heating, faster preheating and recovery, and improved fuel efficiency.
An integrated X-braced hood helps protect the griddle surface between uses, while dual folding side shelves provide plenty of prep space and fold down for easier storage. Built-in accessories keep frequently used cooking tools conveniently within reach.
